Sounds tasty. Next Christmas, I think I will make gingerbread and drizzle some bittersweet chocolate on them. I make pfeffernusse sometimes over the holidays.

I’m not a big fan of ginger-anything, but you could put chocolate on just about anything and I’d eat it.
